I’m honestly very disappointed with this purchase. I had already bought the exact same shirt from Camisas Lokas a few years ago and I absolutely loved it — the fabric felt good, the shirt looked great, and that experience made me trust the store enough to buy from you again.

Unfortunately, this time the product feels completely different. As soon as it arrived, I noticed the material was not the same at all. It feels much cheaper, more plasticky, and much less authentic than the previous version I bought. The shirt now feels more like a low-quality replica than the product I remembered and expected.

I bought this because I trusted Camisas Lokas based on my previous experience, so it is really frustrating to feel like the quality has dropped so much. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and offer a solution, whether that is a refund, replacement, or another form of compensation.
