Where is my order?

To offer you the best prices and 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders, we work with two logistics methods:

• Shipments from our warehouse in Spain (via Post/Local Mail):

  Estimated delivery time is 4 to 5 business days. For these shipments, you will automatically receive your tracking code via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

• Direct shipments from factory (via Courier):

  Estimated delivery time is 8 to 14 business days.

How does delivery work?

• Flexible delivery options: For direct factory shipments, the courier will contact you via Phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp before delivery. You will be able to select nearby Pick Points or change the delivery address within the same municipality.

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Both the postal service and our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

  • If shipped via Post/Local Mail and you are not available after two attempts, your package will be held for 10 days at your local Post Office.

  • Please stay attentive to phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages from the driver. If you do not respond to notifications or fail to collect the package in time, it will be automatically returned to the factory.
