When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Cantabria, Spain. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the order date and will be shipped the day after the processing date. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

It is important to clarify that we always have all products available, but not all are in our warehouse in Spain. Although we try, they often sell out.

Therefore, products that we do not have on hand will take 7 to 12 business days to arrive at your home, as they are shipped directly from the factory to your home so you don't miss out. The wait is worth it. Tracking in this case takes approximately 72 hours to arrive from the time we order it from the factory.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It generally takes 24-72 hours to prepare and then 2-3 days to arrive at your home or your post office (if it ends up there, a notification will be left in your mailbox). Will I be charged taxes and customs fees?

NO. The prices displayed on our site are tax-exempt, which means you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order if you reside outside the European Union.

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its final destination and are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
