When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during the holidays and sales seasons. We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It usually takes 24-72h to prepare and then 2-4 days to arrive at your home or at your post office (if it ends up there they leave a notification in your mailbox).

We ship from Spain through the Correos agency, certified.

- Home delivery (2 attempts and if not, they leave it at the nearest post office or an authorized person.)

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free, which means that you may be required to pay duties and taxes once you receive your order if you reside outside of the European Union.
Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department.
